Saw blades are roughly divided into two categories according to welding classification

1.Laser welding                                                                                                                                                     2.High frequency welding

Laser welding blade :

Arix Diamond segment wall saw blades, also known as diamondordered wall saw blades(Uniform diamond wall saw blades),

concrete wall saw blades. Used to cut cement, brick wall, concretewall, mainly used for wall opening, window opening and floor

cutting.

In the traditional manufacturing process of diamond saw blade segment, the diamond-coated granulation and three-dimensional mixing of pre-alloyed matrix powder are mostly used. No matter how to change the process, the random distribution of diamond in the matrix can not be fundamentally solved.

The randomly distributed diamonds in the carcass can easily accumulate and segregate. In diamond accumulation areas, inefficient utilization of diamonds leads to waste, especially zero-distance multi-particle diamonds which fall off by themselves due to poor grip force and hardly work during cutting. In the rare area of diamond, the concentration of diamond is too low, the working load of single particle is too high, the impact force becomes larger, and the diamond particles fall off too early due to impact crushing.

About machine :

1.Use wall saw machine :adopt sharp blade , Because encountering unstable working conditions may lead to slow blade discharge.

2.Use floor saw machine :adopt long life time blade , Because the road surface is highly abrasive, it will first consume the body .

Difference between laser welding blade and high frequency welding :

1. High frequency welding causes segment loss when the temperature is high , So must with water when it cutting .
2. The cost of high-frequency welding saw blades is low, while the cost of laser welding is high .
3. High frequency welding when segment fall , can re-welding by self, laser welding can’t . 4. High frequency welding is not firmly welded by laser welding ,Cutting structures with more steel bars should be laser welded as much as possible, otherwise it may collapse. 5.Laser welding saw blades can be dry cut, and Arix is basically laser welded. The high temperature of laser welding does not affect the welding layer during dry cutting.

For Tyrolit type floor saw blade Use on Husqvarna FS 3500 G floor saw machine .Φ25.4
